All service fees, hosting plans, and course fees must be paid in advance using our supported payment gateways. Subscriptions and service packages may automatically renew unless explicitly canceled prior to the billing cycle. Failure to settle dues may result in immediate service suspension or data termination.
Fopik may offer a referral or affiliate rewards program subject to specific operational rules. Only active account holders in good standing are eligible to generate referral links and earn rewards or commissions, which will be awarded exclusively on successful, verified purchases made by referred clients. Prohibited practices including self-referrals, spamming referral links, fraudulent registrations, false advertising, or manipulating the referral system using automated bots are strictly forbidden. All referral commissions remain subject to administrative verification, holding periods, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and final approval, and Fopik reserves the absolute right to adjust commission structures, invalidate pending payouts suspect of fraudulent activity, or suspend, alter, or terminate the referral program or revoke user referral balances at any time without prior liability.
While we strive to maintain optimal server performance and high uptime, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Fopik does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, network failures, cyberattacks, server overloads, or third-party outages may result in temporary service stoppage or interruption without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fopik, its owners, operators, employees, and partners shall NOT be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages whatsoever.
